All the details registered by the patient in the portal eg.name,age,gender, address,medical history and reports will be saved by us for medicolegal purpose as per NMC guidelines.

I understand my employer/organization can verify my medical certificate anytime to the doctor's coordinator with the help of email id& contact number given below in the medical certificate &I agree for the same.

Though we can confirm that you have taken doctor consultation and authentic medical certificate from our platform,WE DON'T DESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHARE DETAILS OF YOUR MEDICAL CONDITION EXCEPT FOR DIAGNOSIS AND THE SEVERITY OF THE CONDITION DUE TO DOCTOR-PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY.
