Yes all doctors registered under state medical council are automatically registered under Indian Medical Council(IMC) and so they can give consultation and medical certificates to patient all across India.

Yes all your medical details,Id proof, documents shared in our platform and consultation with doctor is recorded for medicolegal purpose as per NMC guidelines.

No,as per NMC guidelines you cannot use online medical certificates for the purpose of court of law.

We work from 8am-10pm.Any enquires/request for medical certificate,consultation & counselling service before/after our working hours will be processed immediately in the upcoming working hour.

All doctor consultations are done with patient only not with attendees except patient is below 18years of age or not able to communicate with doctor's language in such cases translations are allowed by attendees or if the patient is very old&chronicly bedridden and not able to speak.

The diagnosis, treatment,number of leave days approved are solely dependent on your consulting doctor based on the severity of your illness and we can't assure the minimum number of leave days you can get.

Refund is initiated only if the doctor is not satisfied to give you medical certificate after doctor consultation in cases like patient less than 18years not willing to arrange doctor consultation with his/her Guardian,if the doctor confirms you have submitted old reports and asking for leave now,you are not able to provide vitals like BP,pulse or 15mins walking video for fitness certificate,or if the doctor feels that leave/WFH is not necessary for your health condition like alopecia, regular health checkups etc., PLEASE NOTE REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING FOR DOCTOR'S CONSULTATION AFTER PAYMENT OR REJECTING MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AFTER PAYMENT IS DONE.
*Refund will be initiated in 24-48 working hours in special cases where doctor is not able to go ahead with your medical certificate.PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT IF INCASE DOCTOR IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IN CASES MENTIONED ABOVE DOCTOR'S CONSULTATION FEE OF RS.250 WILL BE DEDUCTED AND THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.
